Best Time to Exercise Morning or Afternoon

Question: When is the best time to exercise? Morning or afternoon? reader

Answer: Dear reader, It depends on you. A higher percentage of people who exercise in the morning continue to exercise consistently, because there are fewer excuses not to work out and fewer things which can get in the way. Also, when you exercise in the morning, your metabolic fires are higher for the whole day, which will make you an all-day-long-fat-burning-machine. If you're definitely not a morning person, there's no significant disadvantage to working out in the afternoon. Choose the time when you feel best. The most important time to work out is when you find it the easiest to work out consistently, and that will be the best time for you.
