Doing a Variety of Workouts

Question: Need to add variety to my workout, currently use the treadmill and the recumbent bike thinking of adding the elliptical to that but have read it might not be right for my body type. I am 5'2" weigh 156 ( and on a weight lose program lost 15lbs so far ) goal 135 and my body fat is 41% ( was 46% ) my weight seems to be concentrated in my stomach area. Would an elliptical machine be a good choice for me? Christine

Answer: An elliptical machine would be a good variation to your current exercise program. Checkout Bowflex Max Trainer Reviews.

A low-intensity workout for a relatively long duration would probably work best for your body type.
