Question: I am a quite skinny 17-year-old girl. My lower body has an average size, but my upper body is too small. Therefore, my breats are pretty small as well. I wonder if there is a way that I can have fuller breasts via exercise. Another thing is that I've always hoped that I'd have slimmer legs, so is running going to help me or make it worse? Answer: Nicole, Exercises can't increase your actual breast size, although you can build up the pectoral muscles in your chest and balance them by strengthening your back, which will give you a more shapely look. Running can reduce fat from all over, including your legs, and a well-balanced diet, eaten at least three meals a day with one snack will nourish you properly and keep your fat-furnace burning.
