Fruit Protein Shake Bodybuilding Recipe

Banana Strawberry Fruit Protein Shake
2 frozen bananas
6 frozen strawberries
½ cup protein powder (vanilla flavored)
4 packets artificial sweetener
2 cups nonfat milk (or soymilk for non-dairy version)
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. strawberry extract (optional)

Mix all ingredients for 90 seconds in a blender on its highest setting.

Serves 2.
