Headache and Fatigue after Working Out
Question: I find that whenever I do strength training and aerobics for 3 straight days I get headaches and feel fatigue. Do you think that I should exercise on alternate days? Thank you Dian
Answer: Dian, You can do aerobics every day, but give yourself a day of rest between days of strength training. The most important thing is just to listen to your body. If you're tired, rest. It does your body no good to overwork itself.
