Running Stairs How Often

Question: Is running stairs is good for the rear end? How many times a week do you think someone sould run them and how sould they be ran fast or slow? rear in help

Answer: Rear in help, Stairs are great for getting your posterior. Do both slow and fast: alternate one slow climb, then one quick climb. You can even alternate days: one slow climbing day and one running day on the next workout. How many times you climb per week depends on your fitness level and your exertion. Make sure to rest and stretch. The maximum I would recommend would be every other day.
