Should You Eat Breakfast if You're Not Hungry

Question: I know that a person should not skip breakfast but I also like the idea of only eating when you are hungry. I rarely feel hungry in the morning ( I grab a muffin and some fruit around 10am) should I eat earlier than this? Thanks in advance, Carrie

Answer: Carrie, The only time I recommend eating when you're not hungry is first thing in the morning, right when you get up. Also drink a large glass of water. That gets your metabolism going. Your body burns fewer calories in the morning when you get up and eating breakfast will speed it up.
