Soy Nuts Nutritional Value

Question: I recently bought "Soynuts" from our local grocery store. They are dry roasted with no added salt or flavoring. What would the nutritional value be of 100 gms (calories, protein, fat, etc.)? Thanks in advance! Carrie

Answer: Dear Carrie, If the information you want is not already on the packaging and is not offered by your grocer, here is a tentative answer based on generic nutritional charts: 100 grams of dried soybeans (which is what most 'soynuts' are) have approximately 240 calories, 23 grams of protein, 14 grams of carbs, and 12 grams of fat.
