Exercising but Not Losing Weight

Question: Hello, I have been trying to lose twenty pounds. I run about 4-5 times a week, along with weight training for my butt, thighs, and abodomen. I eat healthy and I do not drink alot. I have not lost one pound since June and I do not know what I am doing wrong. I had my thyroid checked and it was fine so it is not a question of health. Please help because I am desperate and I do not want to buy new clothes. Sheila

Answer: Sheila, It sounds like you're exercising enough. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water every day and join Weight Watchers to help you track your food intake and keep you motivated to eat right. Of all the eating plans out there, Weight Watchers is by far the easiest (least restrictive), the most sensible, the most realistic, the one with longest lasting results, and has had proven results for more years than any other.
