How to Change Eating Habits for Life

Question: I really need to lose weight (i.e. change my diet) and I have been thinking about joining Weight Watchers...but I want to learn how to eat properly for the rest of my life. I think Weight Watchers is a good program...but isn't there a way that I can learn to eat well without joining a something like that. Please help! In respect to exercise...I have a great routine...that is really working for me. It consists of running (5 days a week), strength training, and yoga. I would appreciate any advice you can throw my way! Thanks!

Answer: Weight Watchers is a good guide. Of course you can eat healthfully without it, if self-motivation is the road you want to take, but it sounds like knowledgable guidance and support is what you're looking for.
