Not Losing Enough Weight

Question: I am 29 years old and weigh 138lbs. I am currently doing 6 to 8 mi. on an inhome bike and doing tae-bo. I've been doing this in the morning and at night up to 6 days a week. I want to get down to 120lbs. I'm only 5'2". I've been doing this for almost a month now and all I have lost is 2 lbs. What am I doing wrong? Please help! Zee

Answer: Zee You may be over-exercising. But most likely, it's your diet. Try getting on a program, like Get Lean Quick, to make sure you're not eating too many calories, and too much of the wrong foods.
