Teenage Workout and Diet Plan

Question: How does a teenager develop a diet and fitness plan? Angie

Answer: Angie, Instead of focusing so much on dieting, try developing active hobbies so that fitness can be fun for you, instead of a way to "stay in shape." Unfortunately, many adults hate exercise so much because it's a chore, and not something they taught themselves to love as a young person. Make sure to get plenty of calcium to strengthen your bones. You shouldn't begin lifting weights until you're at least 14 because your bones and joints are not fully formed yet.
