What to Do if Your Weight is Stuck

Question: I found your site today and I think you're doing a great job. I'm a 35 yr old female and I started working out with a trainer about a month and half ago. I am 5"1 with a small frame and weighed 125 lbs when I started with my trainer. Before I got to 125 I was between 105-110 lbs by mostly starving myself and an hour of exercise but no strength training. Then during the last 8 months my weight went up to 125 and that's when I hired a trainer. Now after exactly a month and half. I have just lost 4 pounds but my clothes are looser and I can feel that my body doesn't look that flabby. But the frustrating thing is that my weight is just stuck at 119-120 and I think thats a lot for my frame and height. I exercise 5 days a week. Day 1 is cardio then I do cardio and arms the other day. The next is cardio and legs, then cardio and chest and back, and one day in between I do something completely different with my trainer. What do you think I'm doing wrong?

Answer: You've made good progress. It sounds like you have a good workout plan and you should keep at it. Don't be too hard on yourself.
